Alicia Norris

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

I grew up in Milwaukee and earned my bachelors degree at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. While a student there, I started as a volunteer with the organization in 2008. I have worked many roles in the organization since then and became the Executive Director in 2012.

I have three girls and our family enjoys spending time outside at our hobby farm, travelling, camping, sailing, skiing and cooking!

My goal for BASE is for kids to have access to experiences that expand their opportunities, mindset and future.

Emily Yavuzcetin

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

I grew up in Stevens Point and then earned my BFA from UW-Milwaukee. From there I managed Retail stores in the Midwest and on the East Coast and most recently was a Preschool Teacher in Fort Atkinson.

My husband and I moved to Fort Atkinson in 2013 and now are raising our 3 kids in this wonderful community.

I have been part of the BASE team since August 2023 and have focused my time supporting our enrichment programs and community outreach. I believe BASE’s mission is a strong one and that the organization makes a huge difference in lives of the youth in this area.
